Native Californians, Ahmad, Kamal, and Micah spent their formative years living on an Arabian horse ranch in Northern California before relocating to Los Angeles. The trio formed The Stallionaires who for 16 years, have written, arranged and produced their own music. A mixture of party anthems and political themes infused with a blend of raw, and fresh musical talent. In addition to producing music for themselves the brothers have worked with giants of the music industry such as Michael Jackson, Prince, Paulinho Da Costa, Chaka Khan, Destinys Child, Kirk Franklin, 50 Cent and Bobby Brown.
Ahmad and Kamal B.K.A. Real and Chance got their nicknames as former contestants on VH1s hit reality series I Love New York. Their spots on I Love New York led to them being cast in VH1s I Love Money followed by their own dating shows, Real Chance of Love and Real Chance of Love 2 in 2008 which also features their younger brother Micah. In 2010 Real and Chance, currently starred in a new reality series, Real and Chance: The Legend Hunters, also on VH1. The series follows these brothers as they track down mythical and not-so-mythical animals. Micah has written and produced the main title songs for both series Real Chance of Love and The Legend Hunters. The Stallionaires single Does She Love Me (which is also the theme song for their Reality series Real Chance of Love) has amassed over 50,000+ downloads from iTunes.
The Stallionaires have appeared on Good Day L.A., Fox Reality Remix, Chelsea Lately, The Tyra Banks Show, Michael Baisden After Dark, MTVs Sweet Sixteen, Sorority Life, and more. They have been featured in TV Guide Television, Giant, Vibe, Ok, US Weekly, Sister2Sister, King and XXL magazines as well as various national radio shows.
Aside from their musical accomplishments, The Stallionaires have taken part in numerous charitable events. In 2007, at the request of New York State Senator Antoine M. Thompson, along with Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown, the brothers took part in a Bone Marrow drive for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of West New York. In June of 2011 The Stallionaires have formed a partnership with Los Angeles County Education Foundation to create programs that develop options intended to stimulate economic empowerment, health awareness, and children and youth development. Big on education, the group is working tentatively on building a strong presence in the field of philanthropy by establishing key relationships and molding the frameworks for the development and launch of their envisioned accredited Academic School For The Arts.
In addition to his career in television and music, Ahmad has taken a special interest in the world of hair care, styling and products. Along with his hair stylist of ten years, Jovonna Morrison, he has created his own line of hair products called Real Silk Hair Care Systems which first came on the market in July 2009.
